Intellectual property

Cancelbox, the Cancelbox mark, and the product interface are owned by Cancelbox, Inc.. You may not copy the product or use the mark in a way that implies you built Cancelbox. Customer names and logos belong to their owners.

Not legal advice

Policies on this site describe Cancelbox. They are not legal advice to you about your subscribers, taxes, or consumer-cancellation statutes. If you need advice, hire counsel in the places you sell.

Governing law

Unless a signed order says otherwise, the Terms are governed by the State of Delaware, United States.
