The cancellation flow is the most important interface in Cancelbox. It must stay usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, and a small screen.

What we aim for
We design the hosted cancellation experience and the dashboard against WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a target: visible focus, labeled controls, color that is not the only signal, and language that does not rely on icons alone.
- Reason cards and primary actions are real buttons with accessible names.
- Progress is exposed as text, not color only.
- The cancel path is never hidden from keyboard users.
- Legal pages use real headings and skip-friendly structure.
